Full package
Price: R 11,500
A comprehensive production capturing all the events of the wedding day:
- Up to 10 hours of videography
- At least 2 video cameras and 2 operators
- Short web trailer (released shortly after the wedding - up to 3 min)
- Highlight montage (summary of the wedding - up to 10 min)
- Full wedding:
- Pre-wedding shoot (if travel distance allows)
- An opening montage (bride preparing, groom preparing (if possible), venue overview, etc.)
- Complete ceremony (including procession, sermon, vows and recession)
- A montage of the photo session
- Canapés and reception introduction
- Complete reception (procession, all speeches and events)
- Recording of a short message by bride and groom to each other
- Recording best wishes from guests
- Full opening dance at reception
Deliverables:
- 3 x DVDs of the wedding as well as a USB flash drive with the video production in HD
Ceremony package
Price: R 8,000
Wedding highlights, as well as the wedding ceremony and speeches at reception:
- Up to 8 hours of videography
- At least 2 video cameras and 2 operators
- Short web trailer (released shortly after the wedding - up to 3 min)
- Highlight montage (summary of the wedding - up to 10 min)
- Complete ceremony (including procession, sermon, vows and recession)
- All speeches at reception
Deliverables:
- USB flash drive of the video production
Highlight package
Price: R 5,000
The wedding highlights (summary of the day).
- Up to 8 hours of videography
- 2 video cameras with 1 or 2 operators
- Short web trailer (released shortly after the wedding - up to 3 min)
- Highlight montage (summary of the wedding - up to 10 min)
Deliverable:
- USB flash disk of the web trailer and highlight montage. Video will also be made availabe on YouTube.
Pricing Considerations
Please take note of the following that will affect the final price of your package:
- Traveling outside 50km from Newcastle will requires additional costs.
- Additional hours beyond the package hours will be quoted separately.
- Events that are not part of the "normal" wedding procedure may affect the price. Please indicate these when you request a quotation.

Conditions
- A deposit of 50% payable on acceptance of quotation.

- The end product will be delivered on final payment.
